Just wanted to share my experience cause I’ve read mostly bad comments about them which now seems accurate. I hope I’m wrong but never had any kind of problem like this with any other carriers.
At this point I feel like they’re stalling cause my order was lost or stolen. So she said it would be marked as urgent and it should be out Friday. Still nothing at almost 9 o’clock so I called customer service and she really couldn’t tell me why it wasn’t delivered when I was called from laser ship for directions. Now Wednesday it went back to “in transit” then out for delivery since early afternoon. after the phone call I assumed it would be here since she asked for directions like it was out being delivered. I told them the exact street to turn on as well as which driveway. Tuesday morning I actually received a phone call from a woman from laser ship which I never heard of them doing, asking where my house was located cause the driver couldn’t find it. I go down to the lobby and the package was not there. Luckily I checked my tracking and found that the package was delivered. Prior to this I informed lasership to use a building code to gain entry or they could have simply looked up my last name. Which I did and customer service said I should have it Monday or Tuesday. Lasership delivered a package and left it outside my secure building. Sunday they claimed to not be able to find my house when out for delivery so I got an exception on my tracking and that I needed to confirm my address. I also ordered from Nike multiple times and never had an issue until recently.
